• MVP (Minimum Viable Product) design and development

• Full-stack web and mobile application development

• AI chatbot and natural language processing solutions

• Data analytics and business intelligence platforms

• Cloud infrastructure setup, deployment, and DevOps

• Ongoing technical support and maintenance

The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for any project will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement.

3. User Obligations

When using our website and Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws

• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or networks

5. Project Engagement & Deliverables

Project engagements with Dexterr Technologies are subject to the following:

• All project work is governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) that outlines scope, milestones, timeline, and payment schedule

• Intellectual property rights for custom-developed solutions will be transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the SOW

• We reserve the right to use anonymized project descriptions and general methodologies in our portfolio and marketing materials

• Client-provided materials (content, data, brand assets) remain the property of the client at all times

• Timelines are estimates and may be adjusted based on project complexity, client feedback cycles, and scope changes

6. Payment Terms

• Payment schedules and amounts are defined in the project SOW or invoice

• All prices are quoted in the currency specified in the agreement and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

• Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances

• We reserve the right to suspend work on any project with overdue payments until the balance is settled

• Refund policies, if applicable, will be specified in the project agreement

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project engagement. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, business plans, technical specifications, financial data, and trade secrets. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement between the parties for a period of two (2) years.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dexterr Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our website or Services.

Our total cumulative liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Dexterr Technologies for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dexterr Technologies, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website and Services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

For project engagements, termination procedures will be governed by the terms outlined in the applicable Statement of Work.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
